Free Shipping
Lumay offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
Lumay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved please contact us at info.tradetrek@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us at info.tradetrek@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or any other circumstances outside our control.
